Question 1

What are 360 Tool and 360 SFX?

Accepted Answer

Two panels that install straight into your editor. 360 Tool puts 13 tools inside After Effects — speed and value graphs, camera shake, stabilizer, beats, quick mask and FX presets. 360 SFX puts 886 sound effects inside After Effects and Premiere Pro: preview with the waveform, then click or drag onto the timeline. Buy either one, or both together as the 360 Editor Kit. Each comes with a license key for up to 3 computers, on Mac and Windows.

Question 2

Will this work with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Clip packs and VFX assets are .mov / .mp4 files — drag-and-drop into any NLE. Project files come as .aep (After Effects) and .prproj (Premiere Pro). LUTs are .cube and work in Resolve, Premiere, Final Cut, Photoshop — anywhere a .cube goes.

Question 3

How do I get the files after I pay?

Accepted Answer

Instantly. The moment your payment clears you land on a download page with every file, and the same links land in your inbox. No account to create, no waiting queue. Links stay valid for 24 hours; you can always re-issue fresh ones from the My Orders page (sign in with the email you used at checkout).

Question 4

Do I get the 360 VFX 2.0 After Effects extension?

Accepted Answer

Yes — buy any paid VFX Pack (Basic, Advanced, or Pro) or the Creator Bundle and you get a lifetime license for the 360 VFX 2.0 extension: visual library, live hover-preview, one-click apply on any layer in After Effects. Or try the extension free for 7 days first, no card required. The free Christmas Pack is standalone (drag-and-drop assets, no extension).

Question 5

Can I install on both my Mac and Windows machine?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Both installers ship together with your license key. Basic and Advanced licenses activate on up to 3 devices; Pro Pack and Creator Bundle on up to 5 — laptop, desktop, render machine, all the same key.

Question 6

Can I use these in client work and paid ads?

Accepted Answer

Yes — full commercial license on every single product. Use them in brand campaigns, monetized YouTube videos, paid TikTok / Meta ads, client deliverables. The only thing you can't do is resell the raw files themselves as a pack.

Question 7

What if it's not what I expected?

Accepted Answer

14-day money-back guarantee on every product, including the bundle. Email hello@360mediaedits.com within 14 days and you get a full refund. No forms, no "why are you leaving" survey.

Question 8

Do I need a paid Adobe subscription?

Accepted Answer

For project files (.aep, .prproj) and the 360 VFX 2.0 extension — yes, you need After Effects or Premiere Pro (CC 2021 or newer for the extension). For clip packs, VFX assets, and LUTs — no. They're standard video files and .cube grades that work in DaVinci Resolve (free), Final Cut, CapCut, or any editor that opens MOV/MP4.

Question 9

What's inside the Creator Bundle?

Accepted Answer

Every paid clip pack, every VFX pack, every project file (.aep / .prproj), the 360 Cold Cinematic LUT Pack, the free Intro to After Effects course — plus a Pro-tier lifetime license (5 devices) for the 360 VFX 2.0 extension. One order, one commercial license covering everything. Packs added to the catalog after your purchase are sold separately.
